SHIPPING AREAS
If you wish to place an order on our website, you must provide us with a valid delivery address. Currently, Bañoidea.com operates throughout peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as most countries in the Euro Zone. We are working on expanding our service to other countries and regions.
Remember that if you want, you can indicate a delivery address and a different address for billing. This is very useful in cases where you want to give a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home or if you are going to stay away from your usual residence for a while.
Shipping to the Canary Islands. Bañoidea.com already sends orders to the Canary Islands. To do this, you will have to place the order through the Canarias Prime platform (Banango).
In cases in which the volume or weight of the order exceeds what is considered parcel (greater than 35kg in total), delivery will be made to the door of the building, instead of the door of the home.
SHIPPING COSTS
All our items will be delivered through a transport agency.
Shipping prices are established based on weight and delivery area. If you want to know how much it costs to ship a product, by adding it to the cart, it will be calculated automatically when you start the purchasing process.
DELIVERY TIMES
We have several delivery times that you can see on each product page. In many cases, as these are products in stock, we offer delivery within 24-48 hours, but in the case of products made to order, this period may be longer. If you are urgent and do not know if the order would arrive on time, you can contact our team and we will try to give you a more specific date.
Delivery time may be longer during the summer or Christmas period due to the holiday closures of some manufacturers.
Sometimes, when it comes to orders containing items from different manufacturers, they may be sent in different deliveries. In this case, the client will receive notifications of each shipment by email and will be able to track each one.
RETURN POLICY
In accordance with current legislation, you will have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To expedite the return, the following steps will be followed:

2.- Send us photos of the products you want to return showing that they are in perfect condition, with no signs of having been installed and with their original boxes and protective packaging.
3.- Once confirmed that it is in correct condition, we will schedule a collection and send you a label for you to stick on the package. It is important that the products retain all the elements, keep the original boxes and are adequately protected for shipping. If you prefer to send the products to be returned by your transport company, you can also do so.
4.- Once the order has been received in our warehouses and reviewed, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method (you will receive it in the next 24 to 72 hours). You will receive an email informing you of the return or non-acceptance of the return. The amount of the products to be returned will be refunded, subtracting shipping costs.
No changes are contemplated; First, the product is returned and a new purchase is subsequently made.
BREAKS OR INCIDENTS
In case of breakage or damage to the delivered product, report this anomaly within 48 business hours of delivery by It ismail (online@banoidea.com) or Whatsapp (+34 685 95 06 32). Send us photos and/or videos showing the damage caused by transport and we will respond shortly to inform you of the next steps to follow.
In the event that the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or error in shipping the product, Gruparsa Digital, S.L. will be responsible for collection and replacement.
