The SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS transport system has been designed for the handling of porcelain sheets with a maximum thickness of 6 mm. Thanks to the system of retractable reinforced aluminum profiles, the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor can handle porcelain sheets up to a maximum length of 320 cm. These retractable profiles can be adjusted in length from 170 cm to a maximum of 320 cm. The handles, also adjustable, incorporate soft-grip handles for greater ergonomics and comfort during handling. The handles of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS transporter slide and extract through the upper slot of the retractable guides, facilitating the storage and transport of the entire system. The transport capacity of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS is 80 kg, but if the SET is added SLIM EASY TRANS CROSSERS (ref. 18819) the load capacity increases to a maximum of 120 kg. With the use of the CROSSBOARD SET (ref. 18819) on the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor, the system is compatible with the SLAB CONVEYOR TROLLEY (ref. 18934). The SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor incorporates 6 vacuum suction bowls with a diameter of 20 cm and great load and holding capacity. The suction bowls can slide and configure their position according to the format of the porcelain sheet. The vacuum suction bowl provides extra security and reliability in fixing the material. NOTE: Adding more suction bowls does not increase the maximum load capacity of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor. The suction bowls of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor are not compatible with the SLIM EASY TRANS conveyor (ref. 18910), nor are the suction bowls of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS compatible with the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS.Rubi recommends the use of the TRANSPORTER TROLLEY and individual safety elements when handling heavy loads. The handling of these materials must be carried out by the necessary number of people according to the maximum one-person load values.
