Tapa inodoro

Inicialmente pedí una tapa errónea la cual me devolvieron el importe sin ningún problema, volví a contactar con ellos y me asesoraron perfectamente de la tapa que me iría bien la cual me llego sin problema y quedando perfecta. Recomiendo antes el asesoramiento de Bañoidea.

Muy mal.Hice un pedido para una tapa de inodoro ideal standard y me enviaron una tapa más pequeña y además no era la original,a pesar de que me dijeron que los productos de su web eran originales de las marcas solicitadas.Por supuesto, lo devolví ya que no era el producto que habia pedido y me cobraron los gastos de envío por devolverla. Al final se quedaron con 16 euros de gastos de envío por algo que de haberme informado que no era original no hubiera comprado.Me siento estafada y engañada.NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.

Realmente este producto sí es original, ya que nos lo suministra directamente Ideal Standard, de quienes somos distribuidores oficiales. En este modelo y en otros de la marca, la caja es genérica, simplemente con el código de barras ya que se trata de un repuesto. Nosotros aceptamos de buen gusto la devolución, pero los gastos de envío corren a cargo del cliente ya que como comentamos se trata de un producto original. Nosotros no nos quedamos con los gastos de envío, éstos se refieren al envío y recogida del producto original que has decidido no instalar.

Lamentamos lo ocurrido y las molestias, pero en Bañoidea indicamos en la página del producto toda la información, incluyendo la marca, que en este caso es Ideal Standard.
