Roca va de capa caída

El precio, la atención al cliente y el envío por parte de Banoidea ha sido un 10 como en compras anteriores; pero la calidad de la tapa amortiguada Happening de Roca es muy deficiente. Ahora los tornillos de anclaje a la tapa superior son melamínicos y no de acero de calidad por lo que se rompen dejando una parte del tornillo en el orificio sin poder sacarlos y ni repararlos. En una casa de dos personas adultas, con un uso totalmente normal y cuidadoso se nos han roto ya dos tapas en 1 año.
Tengo la sensación de que la calidad de Roca va de capa caída cuando necesitan reducir durabilidad de sus productos de esta manera.
