Profile made of anodized or lacquered aluminum of the series NOVOPILASTRA of EMAC Designed to be placed as a corner piece in order to protect and decorate the edges of walls covered with ceramic tiles, avoiding miter. Its cross geometry creates a modern and innovative visual effect of straight lines. This profile integrates perfectly into the installation and is easy to clean.

Applications:
- The profile Novopilastra® It is intended for placement mainly as a finishing of vertical edges in ceramic installations.

Novopilastra® is a profile manufactured by aluminum extrusion. Anodized finishes improve their corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and appearance through the process.
- Anodizing has the Qualanod quality seal, which guarantees the quality of the process and the resulting profiles. This seal regulates appearance and color tests, thickness measurements, control of sealing and impregnation, resistance to abrasion, fastness to light, acetic salt chamber and immersion in nitric acid.

Qualicoat, which guarantees the quality of the process and the final products. - Aluminum is a material with excellent chemical and physical-mechanical properties. It is light, tough, ductile, malleable and highly durable.
Placement:
1. Spread gripping material in the edge area where you will place the profile.
2. Place the profile on the edge, aligning it with both sides. Press to make contact with
the gripping material, making sure it adheres well.
3 Place the tiles on the fixing wing, aligning them with the visible face of the profile.
4. Continue with the wall cladding.
5. Finally, clean the excess material and let it dry.
Cleaning and maintenance:
- Cleaning should be done periodically with a soft cloth. If you choose to use a neutral cleaning liquid, it should be rinsed with cold water and dried to remove excess moisture. Stubborn dirt can be removed with suitable mildly abrasive cleaning agents.
- In all cases, the use of steel wool, abrasive products or strippers, as well as strong acids, strong bases or carbonated solutions, is contraindicated.
