SHIPPING AREAS
If you wish to place an order on our website, you must provide a valid delivery address. Currently, Bañoidea.com operates throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as most countries in the Eurozone. We are working on expanding our service to other countries and regions.
Remember that if you want, you can specify one delivery address and a different billing address. This is very useful in cases where you want to send a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home, or if you will be away from your usual residence for a period.
Shipments to the Canary Islands. Bañoidea.com now ships orders to the Canary Islands. To do so, you must place the order through the Canarias Prime platform (Banango).
In cases where the volume or weight of the order exceeds what is considered parcel delivery (over 35kg in total), delivery will be made at the building's entrance, instead of the home door.
SHIPPING COSTS
All our items will be delivered through a transport agency.
Shipping prices are set based on weight and delivery area. If you want to know the cost of shipping a product, simply add it to the cart, and it will be calculated automatically at the start of the checkout process.
DELIVERY TIMES
We have several delivery times that you can see on each product page. In many cases, for in-stock products, we offer delivery within 24-48 hours, but for made-to-order products, this period may be extended. If you are in a hurry and do not know if the order will arrive on time, you can contact our team and we will try to give you a more specific date.
Delivery times may be extended during the summer or Christmas period due to the closure for holidays of some manufacturers.
Sometimes, when orders contain items from different manufacturers, they may be sent in separate deliveries. In such cases, the customer will receive email notifications of each shipment and will be able to track each one.
RETURN POLICY
According to current legislation, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days following the date of receipt.
To speed up the return, the following steps will be followed:

2.- Send us photos of the products you want to return showing that they are in perfect condition, without signs of having been installed and with their original boxes and protective packaging.
3.- Once confirmed that it is in correct condition, we will schedule a pickup and send you a label to stick on the package. It is important that the products retain all elements, keep the original boxes, and are properly protected for shipping. If you prefer to send the products to be returned via your own transport company, you can also do so.
4.- Once the order is received in our warehouses and inspected, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method (you will receive it within the next 24 to 72 hours). You will receive an email informing you of the return or the non-acceptance of the return. The amount of the products to be returned will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
Exchanges are not considered; first the product is returned and then a new purchase is made.
BREAKAGES OR INCIDENTS
In case of breakage or damage to the delivered product, report this anomaly within 48 business hours from delivery by email (online@banoidea.com) or Whatsapp (+34 685 95 06 32). Send us photos and/or videos showing the damage caused by transport and we will reply shortly to inform you of the next steps to follow.
If the product return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the product shipment, Gruparsa Digital, S.L. will take care of the collection and replacement.
