Geolite 40 (5 kg Bag) is a high-tech thixotropic geomortar designed for passivation, repair, smoothing, and protection of reinforced concrete structures. Ideal for quick interventions, even in difficult conditions such as low temperatures or the need for accelerated commissioning. This compact 5 kg format is perfect for small repairs and precision work.

Instructions for use:

  • Surface preparation: Remove the damaged concrete surface layer and clean the reinforcements before application.
  • Mixing: Mix 5 kg of Geolite 40 with 0.9 liters of water to obtain a homogeneous and lump-free consistency.
  • Application: Apply manually with a trowel or by plastering machine in thicknesses from 2 to 40 mm, taking care of the product’s fast setting.
  • Curing: Monitor curing during the first 24 hours and protect the surface from direct sun and wind.

  • Adhesion: = 2 MPa at 28 days.
