Safety station composed of an emergency shower and eye/face wash, to be installed directly on the floor.Both the shower head and the eye/face wash basin are made of yellow ABS, and the pipes are galvanized steel, painted white with green stripes. Suitable for all types of industry, workshops, or locations where personnel are at risk of eye or physical injury due to fire, acids, reagents, petroleum products, radioactive materials, or any other contaminant, as a first measure in case of accident, to remove possible contamination from the body and eyes/face. Shower activation by rigid triangular pull handle for better grip and eye wash with manual side opening, operable by simple pressure. The equipment has a second pull handle to activate the shower, specially designed for wheelchair users. The emergency shower, thanks to a minimum guaranteed flow of 120L/min at 1.5-6.5 bars, is capable of spraying the user's entire body in a time well below the usual average. The perfect distribution of the four spray heads of the eye/face wash offers very effective washing of the eyes and face, at 28 L/minute, providing quick relief to the person injured by chemicals or foreign particles. Each spray head has a flow control and a filter to remove possible impurities contained in the water. The eye/face wash has a self-drainage system to remove residual water from the system, thus preventing it inside. Includes standard universal emergency signs, both for the shower and the eye/face wash, and an inspection control label. Manufactured according to ANSI Z358.1-2009, EN15154-1 and EN15154-2:2006 standards.
