Furniture from Profiltek, being packages over 35kg, is delivered on a wooden base (pallet). The transport company will deliver the pallet at street level, so you will need help moving the package inside your home if you live in a building.
We know this can be an inconvenience, so we can arrange porter service for you, if required, with the said transport company. The service will depend on the number of packages and the postal code. It includes delivery inside the home. It does not include installation, removal of packaging, or removal of old items; only delivery of the order.
