TIP-TOP is a kit of devices manufactured for gluing angles of ceramic pieces or other materials, either for steps or tops of any length. It is ideal for the angle of the tile to be visible, making the work comfortable and simple.
The two independent micrometric adjustments (vertical – up and down / horizontal – front and back) allow you to achieve perfect angles. No limits on the length of the plate: suitable even for large format plates (example 300x150 cm).
Characteristics:
- As a general rule, it is recommended to use a pair (1 kit) on plates up to 200 cm. For longer materials it is sufficient to add other units. Vertical travel of the slider (tabica) from 30 to 300 mm.
- Dimensions of the step/top that can be manufactured: maximum length: ¿ (infinity/no length limit); partition: maximum 300 mm; minimum 30mm; maximum width: ¿ (infinity/no width limit);
- Angled gluing can also be done (with 3 tiles).
- The 3 ballasts, with a total weight of 1.2 kg, that each device has, distribute the weight so that the tile remains in the correct position.
- The 2 anti-stain rubber suction bowls, diameter 88 mm, keep the device stationary while position adjustments are made.
- Placing the kit on the tile is easy and immediate thanks to the black reference bands. TIP-TOP has been designed to work supported on the tile itself, which in turn must be on a stable and safe surface. The use of our BM180 PLUS or BM80 Mk2 workbenches is recommended.
- Each TIP-TOP kit is made up of two units.
