RAIZOR is the cutting system for large format pieces up to 332 cm in length (447 cm with optional extension), includes tongs and carrying bag, it is super light and easy to transport.
Characteristics:
- Composed of two guides that are assembled with a cutting capacity of up to 160 cm each.
- Injection group in injected aluminum with 16 mm diameter roller and pin on bearings.
- Breaking clamp for plates with thickness 3 to 12 mm
- It includes a padded bag that protects the equipment, allowing it to be transported comfortably, with internal compartments for personal items or tools.
- The guides are made of robust extruded aluminum, each with 3 suction bowls with a diameter of 88 mm with anti-stain rubber (total 6 suction bowls).
- The suction bowls are of great help in marking the plate, in addition to preventing the guide from lifting even with very thick pieces, ensuring the greatest precision in cutting.
- The suction bowl handles can rotate 180º to prevent them from tripping over the cutting unit.
- The incision group has been manufactured with hot-pressed aluminum, and slides along the guide using 3 polyoxymethylene wheels (anti-wear material), all with double bearings. The adjustment systems (adjusted during assembly) with which it is provided ensure perfect adhesion to the cutting guide. In this way, possible play between carriage and guide is eliminated, keeping the wheel and guide aligned, and ensuring accurate, efficient cuts and constant quality over time.
- To split tiles or plates thicker than 12 mm, use the optional pliers Ref. 169TM01AN. Made of resistant galvanized steel, they allow the breaking force to be applied precisely and progressively.
- With the extension accessory (Ref. 433CRP100) which has a cutting length of 103 cm, a total cutting capacity of 447 cm is achieved, or 275 cm using one of the guides plus the extension.
- The POWER-RAIZOR cutting group is available as an accessory, to execute cuts with a diamond blade at 45º/90º/180º.
