RUBI's TQ manual cutters offer the professional ceramic tile installer a professional, light and precise tool. The TQ range is made up of professional single-guide cutters. Equipped with an exclusive. and patented, SELF-ADJUSTABLE bearing system, to guarantee smooth scoring and perfect movement. This system and the robustness of the trapezoidal guide, made of chrome-plated steel, allow the professional installer to frequently use TQ manual cutters in cutting of porcelain stoneware pieces (type BIa) or, the use, in intensive mode with tile (type BIII) or glazed stoneware (type BIIa). The multipoint separator of the TQ manual cutters has the exclusive MAGNET system, from RUBI. Thanks to this, TQ manual cutters offer greater speed of use. The MAGNET system allows the user to use all the functions of the separator with one hand. In addition, thanks to the design of the MAGNET system, the TQ offers the best cutting visibility that a single-guide manual cutter can offer. The base, made of injected aluminum, reduces the weight of the machine, to facilitate transportation and handling without ever sacrificing the robustness and resistance of the machine. For all these reasons, TQ manual cutters can exert a maximum separation power of up to 800 kg and are capable of cutting ceramic tiles with thicknesses between 5 and 15 mm. The handle of the TQ manual cutters promotes greater ergonomics, thanks to the SOFT-GRIP material and its rounded design. The TQ cutters incorporate, as standard, the Ø 22 mm EXTREME roller mounted on bearings. The titanium carbide coating of the roller increases its performance, making it the best solution for ceramic tiles with rough or structured surface finishes. The models available in the TQ range (66, 75 and 102) cover the main needs of professional installers on the market. Mono-guide head with 6 radial bearings, for smoother and more precise sliding.
