The Rubi PRO-EDGER is a PROFESSIONAL accessory, for INTENSIVE use, specially designed for beveling and mitering ceramic tile and natural stone using a mini angle grinder and the Rubi PRO-EDGER diamond wheels. The Rubi PRO-EDGER accessory is compatible with practically all mini angle grinders on the market (115 or 125), both with cable inlet and battery powered. Models with bodies not exceeding 100 mm in diameter are recommended to ensure proper attachment of the mini angle grinder to the Rubi PRO-EDGER accessory through the threaded shaft connection (M14) and the quick-release belt fastening. Additionally, to achieve the best results and have greater control of vibrations during the grinding process, a power of 850W is recommended. Thanks to the variety of Rubi PRO-EDGER diamond wheels, we can perform rounded bevels with radii of 5 and 10 mm as well as 45º miters on pieces up to 15 and 20 mm (depending on the selected wheel model) on all types of ceramic tile and natural or sintered stone. The Rubi PRO-EDGER accessory includes, as standard, a Rubi PRO-EDGER diamond wheel for making miters on materials up to 20 mm thick (Ref. 16946 - Rubi PRO-EDGER 45º x 20 mm diamond wheel). To achieve the best finishes and extract maximum performance from the Rubi PRO-EDGER diamond wheels, it is recommended to perform progressive grinding at different depths.
