The TZ manual cutters are PURE POWER. Their 1500 kg maximum power and their exclusive and patented separator mechanism allow the professional installer to operate the cutter with one hand, thus facilitating work with large format ceramic tiles.
Thanks to the patented design of the head guiding system, the TZ manual cutter offers a smooth and precise scoring, even when the pressure load increases while scoring. The geometry of the extruded aluminum guides ensures optimal carriage behavior and reduces the stresses that may be generated during cutting.
Together with the guides, the steel chassis of the TZ gives the manual cutter a bending resistance and robustness never seen in a manual ceramic tile cutter.
The TZ manual cutters have been specially designed to work with large format tiles. Available in 4 different models, the TZ is compatible with formats up to 155 cm (straight cut) or 110x110 cm diagonally.
Its great cutting capacity and the 1500 kg maximum power allow it to cut pieces up to 21 mm thick*, with the possibility of adjusting the working position and adapting the machine power according to the material thickness.
The rotating square, with removable ends, and the locking system guarantee cutting precision and facilitate making angled cuts.
