The SLIM SYSTEM EASYTRANS transport system is specially designed for the handling of large-format, thin-thick porcelain sheets up to 320 cm in length. The load capacity of the set is 60 kg. (standard equipment), but it can be expanded up to a maximum of 110 kg, incorporating, for every extra 10 kg, two additional suction bowls.
It is made up of a set of two extruded aluminum guides, retractable and adjustable from 160 to 320 cm. Thanks to the 10 fastening suction bowls, the installer can adjust the fixing points, ensuring the correct handling of the porcelain sheets. For correct fixation of the system, we must check that the surface of the sheet is clean of dust or other debris. The suction bowls of the SLIM EASY TRANS conveyor adapt to both smooth surfaces and rough or slightly structured surfaces.
