Transport and handling system of the SLAB SYSTEM range, for large format ceramic slabs. Especially suitable for HANDLING pieces with thicknesses from 6 mm. The SLAB CART is exclusively for use with the SLAB SYSTEM range conveyors from RUBI: SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY and SLIM EASY TRANS*. Thanks to the EASY FIX fastening system, the SLAB CART allows easy and quick assembly and disassembly of the conveyor. The SLAB CART is lightweight and compact. Its design ensures that the SLAB CART occupies only the necessary space. Its reinforced aluminum profiles provide great robustness and structural strength with minimal weight. The RUBI SLAB CART includes an extendable arm to facilitate the loading and unloading maneuver of the ceramic slab onto the WORK TABLE. With the arm folded, the SLAB CART can pass through a standard door frame without the need for complex or risky maneuvers, even when carrying the conveyor and material at its maximum size. Equipped with four swivel wheels (360º) with STOP&FIX braking and locking system, the SLAB CART increases safety during loading and unloading maneuvers. Thanks to the conveyor's inclination, the SLAB CART becomes the ideal support for performing the double gluing application task. The SLAB CART has rubber stops at its ends to prevent possible impacts with the material or other elements. With the SLAB CART, the user can handle pieces weighing up to 140 kg and a format of up to 360 cm x 160 cm. *The use of the SLIM EASY TRANS with the SLAB CART requires mandatory use of the CROSSBAR SET (ref. 18819). The SLAB CART is delivered disassembled and requires initial complete assembly by the user.
