The range of TPI diamond blades has been designed exclusively for miter cutting porcelain stoneware tiles. The main features of the TPI diamond blade are its great stability and cutting speed. Thanks to its 2.5 mm thickness, the TPI diamond blade can perform miters without the need to use the special plate set, but if the user seeks maximum precision, the plates are always an excellent complement. For TPI blades, we have chosen the TURBO type, considering that the original edge and top edge on the ceramic tile side must always be respected, leaving a small margin of between 1 and 2 mm. This way, no damage occurs to the glaze. The bond between the diamond segment and the steel core of the TPI diamond blades is made by laser welding, the strongest and safest of all. To obtain the maximum performance of the TPI diamond blades, it is very important to periodically use the cleaning blocks.
