The range of SPT PREMIUM diamond blades has been designed for cutting porcelain stoneware tiles with thicknesses of 20 mm. Being a segmented blade with a narrow notch and wet cutting, RUBI's SPT PREMIUM blades can work with thicknesses up to 35 mm and materials as varied as natural stone or sintered stone. Unlike other blades, RUBI's SPT PREMIUM blades feature a special alloy in the bond that, together with the aforementioned narrow notch design, ensures an extra-long life, preventing diamond crystallization when working with such large thicknesses and offering a high cutting speed. The diamond rim is formed by sintering and is joined to the steel core by laser welding, the most resistant on the market. All blades in the SPT PREMIUM range from Rubi are suitable for use on cutting tables and chop saws that incorporate a protective system compliant with standards for the use of segmented blades. Taking into account the particularities of each type of blade (continuous, turbo, etc.) and the materials for which it has been designed, Rubi offers professionals three blade qualities: PRO, SUPERPRO, and PREMIUM. PRO blades offer the professional user the best balance between performance and price. SUPERPRO blades highlight their most important feature on each blade.
