The DRYGRES diamond drill bit range is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, and other cladding materials such as marble and granite.
- VACUUM BRAZED welding, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area.
- With diameters Ø 6 to 12 mm, they are perfect for installing bathroom accessories or any type of decoration accessory on ceramic surfaces. The rest of the diameters in the EASYGRES diamond drill bit range, from Ø 20 to 75 mm, have been designed mainly so that the ceramic tile installer can achieve the best results when making the necessary holes for water inlets, drains, light points, etc.
- For dry cutting and can be used, thanks to their M14 threaded connection, directly with an angle grinder or with a non-percussion electric drill, using the drill adapter (ref. 05976).
- The average life varies according to the diameter. The drilling depth is 36 mm.
- In diameters Ø 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm, they contain wax inside. This wax melts during the use of the drill bit and facilitates cooling and evacuation of drilling debris (If the wax runs out, the drill bit can continue working. Only the total loss of the diamond indicates the end of the drill bit's life.)
- They have a side opening that improves the cooling of the drill bit and makes it easier to remove solid debris after each drilling.
- The maximum operating speed is between 14000 r.p.m.
