Furniture from SALGAR, being packages over 35kg, is delivered on a wooden base (pallet). The transport company will deliver the pallet at street level, so you will need help moving the package inside your home if you live in a building.
We know this can be an inconvenience, so we can arrange porter service for you, if required, with that transport company. The service will depend on the number of packages and the postal code. It includes delivery inside the home. It does not include installation, removal of packaging, or removal of old items; only delivery of the order.

Request a free return of your purchase within the first 15 days after receiving the order in case of a mistake, or simply because you have changed your mind. We will only charge you for the shipping costs. We will arrange a pickup at your home with you and the courier service. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and proceed with the refund using the same payment method.
