I have reviewed the emails with the Customer Service Department, and I see that the shipping company had problems delivering your order because you provided a non-Spanish phone number. We then provided you with the details of the shipping company and forwarded tracking so that you could arrange a delivery date and time with them yourself. After many emails and several days between one response and another, the agency returns the goods to our warehouse at your request.
The shipping costs are itemized so that the customer can see how much it really costs to ship a bulky, heavy and fragile product such as a bidet.
We have done our best and we are really interested in getting the orders delivered on time, but it'is not always possible for various reasons.
