Furniture from ARISTON, being packages over 35kg, is delivered on a wooden base (pallet). The transport company will deliver the pallet at street level, so you will need help moving the package inside your home if you live in a building.

We know this can be an inconvenience, so we can arrange porter service for you, if required, with that transport company. The service will depend on the number of packages and the postal code. It includes delivery inside the home. It does not include installation, removal of packaging, or removal of old items; only delivery of the order.

Request a free return of your purchase within the first 15 days after receiving the order in case of a mistake, or simply because you have changed your mind. We will only charge you for the shipping costs. We will arrange a pickup at your home with you and the courier service. Once the product is received at our headquarters, we will inspect it and proceed with the refund using the same payment method.

The product must arrive in perfect condition, as well as the original packaging. Since these are often fragile products, we ask you to take special care with the packaging and use the original packaging + the protective packaging in which you received the product.

Additionally, thanks to its Low Nox technology, it produces reduced emissions, minimizing environmental damage and has high energy efficiency (class A, the highest in its category).

Compact size: Compact dimensions heater, only 16.5cm deep (11L/min model) and 18.7cm (16L/min model) so it can fit any space.

Sealed combustion chamber: It is an instantaneous gas heater with a sealed chamber to offer maximum safety.

LOW NOX Technology: This technology reduces nitrogen oxide emissions into the atmosphere, minimizing environmental damage. You get hot water while minimizing environmental harm. Atmospheric product to be installed according to current UNE 60670-60 2014 regulations in an outdoor location (gallery, terrace, or balcony). Requires flue gas outlet kit (not included), compatible with standard market flue gas outlet kits.

ECO MODE: The ECO function limits the temperature and reduces power by 80%, limiting the temperature between 35 and 45 degrees, ideal for summer or integration with solar panels.

Compatible with solar thermal energy and low water pressure: The water heater is compatible with solar thermal energy (an additional accessory is required). Also, it ignites electronically and allows hot water even with low water pressure and minimal flow rates.

Functionality and safety: The thermostatic function regulates the temperature to offer greater comfort against flow variations. Additionally, the gas heater has safety devices such as flame detection system, water temperature control, and combustion smoke control.

Intuitive interface: With the touch display located on the front of the water heater. It is very simple and intuitive, shows the device temperature, allows you to adjust it degree by degree, contains the flame indicator, and lets you program the multiple functions this heater has.

Commercial warranty: 3 years total warranty and 5 years warranty for the boiler. 1 of the 3 years of total warranty can be obtained by registering the product on the Ariston website.
