Main features:
- R4 class thixotropic: Allows application on vertical surfaces without the mortar sliding.
- Semi-fast setting: Setting time of 35 to 40 minutes, adaptable according to conditions.
- Application in thicknesses from 2 to 40 mm: Can be applied in a single layer with excellent adhesion and stability.
- Waterproof: Provides protection against moisture and external agents.
- Paintable: Can be coated with GeoLite MicroSilicate after only 4 hours.
- Based on Geoligante: Advanced technology for a monolithic repair that is naturally stable and durable.
- Environmentally friendly: Low CO2 content (= 250 g/kg) and very low VOC emissions.
- Recyclable: Recyclable product with a focus on sustainability.
Fields of application:
- Monolithic repair and protection of reinforced concrete structures.
- Fast and precise anchoring of metal elements on reinforced concrete.
- Medium and large scale interventions with rapid execution.
Instructions for use:
- Surface preparation: Remove the damaged concrete surface layer and clean the reinforcements before application.
- Mixing: Mix 25 kg of Geolite 40 with 4.5 liters of water to obtain a homogeneous and lump-free consistency.
- Application: Apply manually with a trowel or by spraying machine in thicknesses from 2 to 40 mm, taking care of the product’s fast setting.
- Curing: Monitor curing during the first 24 hours and protect the surface from direct sun and wind.
Technical specifications:
- Compressive strength: = 45 MPa at 28 days.
- Flexural tensile strength: > 9 MPa at 28 days.
- Adhesion: = 2 MPa at 28 days.
