Furniture from OXEN, being packages over 35kg, is delivered on a wooden base (pallet). The transport company will deliver the pallet at street level, so you will need help moving the package inside your home if you live in a building.
We know this can be an inconvenience, so we can arrange porter service for you, if required, with that transport company. The service will depend on the number of packages and the postal code. It includes delivery inside the home. It does not include installation, removal of packaging, or removal of old items; only delivery of the order.

We will only charge you for the shipping costs. We will arrange a pickup at your home with you and the courier service. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and proceed with the refund using the same payment method.
The product must arrive in perfect condition, as well as the original packaging. Since these are often fragile products, we ask you to take special care with the packaging and use the original packaging + the protective packaging in which you received the product.
