The wedges of the RUBI DELTA LEVELLING SYSTEM facilitate that the pressure applied on the ceramic tiles achieves an optimal leveling of the tiles. Resulting in a homogeneous final flatness for the entire surface. The horizontal placement system of the DELTA LEVELLING SYSTEM wedges allows a quick and intuitive first installation by hand, to finally apply the definitive pressure with the DELTA LS pliers without effort or delays. The wedges of the DELTA LEVELLING SYSTEM are made of PP which, thanks to its high resistance, allows these elements to be reused several times throughout their useful life. RUBI provides the ceramic tile installer with the DELTA LS leveling system wedges in various different packages; bags of 100, 200, and 400 units, respectively, and a large volume box with 1200 units, thus allowing to economize the investment in the components of the leveling system. The RUBI DELTA LEVELLING SYSTEM is ideal for the installation of large format ceramic tiles (minimum required size: 30x30 cm) and thicknesses between 3-12, 6-15, and 11-20 mm (depending on the DELTA LS flange model used), using the double gluing technique. The DELTA LEVELLING SYSTEM prevents the movement of the pieces during the adhesive setting and improves the resulting surface flatness. Thanks to the DELTA LEVELLING SYSTEM, the ceramic tile installer sees how the execution time is reduced and the profitability of their ceramic tile installation work improves. Another very interesting aspect of the RUBI DELTA LS leveling system is that it ensures after the drying of the adhesive mortar, that the final result is what we left, without surprises after different drying zones where, in a conventional installation, the tiles could have become uneven.
