General pumping station crusher with 2 motors and alarm system. Sanicubic 2 Classic is a general pumping station designed to evacuate wastewater from a single-family house or a commercial premises.

It can receive water from several bathrooms and/or kitchens equipped with all types of sanitary appliances: toilets, urinals, showers, bathtubs, sinks, washbasins, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. It has been developed to withstand intensive use and significant flow rates. Its installation is simple, it can be installed directly on the floor, it only needs a 220 V power supply and to connect the discharge pipe.
The device consists of 2 powerful 1,500 W motors each that allow raising water up to 14 meters high or 110 meters away. These motors have a Sanitrit stainless steel blade system that optimally shreds effluents and paper waste.
It operates with an automatic start system that activates the motors via a microswitch system: when wastewater enters the pump tank, it displaces air inside a detector, which starts the motor.
The motors of the Sanicubic 2 Classic work intelligently: either alternating at each start, or in duo if a large flow suddenly enters. This dual motor system provides more security: in case one motor is damaged by a foreign object, the device can continue working with a single motor while the other is repaired. Thus, service is never interrupted. This device has an IP68 protection rating which guarantees watertightness and allows it to withstand temporary immersion. It also prevents odors from escaping.
Sanicubic 2 Classic comes with a monitoring panel that indicates which motor is running, if the device is powered, or if there is a problem with a motor. This panel communicates with the device by cable.
This pumping station has 5 multi-diameter inlets: 2 inlets on the sides and 3 more on the top of the device. Pipes of diameter 40 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm, or 110 mm can be connected. Sanicubic 2 Classic is designed to withstand water up to 70ºC along with intensive use.
